Series 550 and 560 Integral Cement Heads
The Series 550 & 560 Cementing Heads are manufactured in two models: Single Plug Head series 550 and Double Plug Head series 560. The heads are supplied with integral manifolds and valves. All manifolds are rated to 10,000 PSI W. P.

The standard cementing head incorporates a casing connector that is made up into the bottom of the head. Optionally the quick lock style of head uses a quarter turn lock mechanism that allows for quick and easy installation of the head to the casing connector and the cap to the body.

The plug release pin has a high-pressure rating, low maintenance and positive indication of full pin retraction and insertion

The Stage Tool Plug model will hold all makes of stage tool plugs in addition to standard plugs. The plug release indicator is designed to provide a positive indication of the plug leaving the head, through direct contact with the plug.
