CTE has designed the unique KonveX X-Bow spring centralizers to deliver superior performance for general and high load well bore applications. The X-Bow Centralizer bow springs are formed with a KonveX profile resulting in a centralizer that conforms to the shape of the well bore and casing. The X-Bow’s KonveX spring allows CTE to manufacture and supply centralizers that have an enhanced centering force with springs that are highly resistance to fatigue. The X-Bow centralizers offer optimal performance to centre the pipe, resulting in even flow of the cement and better cement bonds.
The X-Bow series of centralizers incorporates formed collars with reinforcing ribs, internally terminated hinges, that are matched to the forged KonveX springs and welded to provide a superior product that will perform in standard and adverse well bore applications. The ultimate tensile strength of the welded X-Bow spring centralizers averages 3 to 4 times higher then non-weld centralizers.
The Series 100 centralizers are the standard X-Bow spring centralizers for installation over casing collars or a single stop collar. Each X-Bow centralizer is provided with whorled hinge pins attached for quick and easy installation.

Series 110 X-Bow Semi Rigid
The 110 X-Bow Semi Rigid centralizer is designed for high load applications encountered in highly deviated and horizontal applications. Use of this Series is recommended for long reach directional wells where unconsolidated formations exist. The Semi-Rigid centralizer should be installed over a single liner style stop collar for optimal performance. |

Series 130 Close Tolerance X-Bow Liner
The Series 130 Close Tolerance X-Bow Liner centralizer is designed for rotating and tight annulus applications. The 130 centralizer has solid end bands with X-Bow springs. Installation is achieved by installing the centralizer over a single liner style stop collar. |

125 Spiral Steel Rigid Centralizer
The 125 Spiral Rigid Centralizer is a cast steel solid centralizer that is suited for use in open hole consolidated formations or cased hole applications. The outside diameter is generally .25” smaller then the nominal hole size making it suitable for applications where medium to large annular conditions exist. |

136 Spiral Aluminum Rigid Centralizer
The 136 Spiral Rigid Centralizer is an aluminum solid centralizer with similar design features of the 125 Rigid Centralizer. The spiral ribs provide 360 degrees of well bore contact.
Both the 125 and 136 can be supplied with or without integral set screws for attaching them directly to the casing. |
