Centralizer Placement Request Form

CTE welcomes our customers to submit requests for centralizer placement on-line. Please complete the form below and submit to us. Our staff will review your request and contact you for any additional data that maybe required to allow us to complete a centralizer placement program for your well. Completion of all data input fields is required. Emailing via a separate email with attachments of the well bore trajectory and or a stick diagram of the well to info@cteltd.com may be required. Trajectory files in MS excel or word documents, or Adobe PDF formats that are unsecured are the preferred formats. Centralizer placement data charts will be returned 1-2 working days after receipt of all input information.
